(Before Mr Warden Novell) - I Thursday, April 10th, 18S4. : Appl cations. George Joice, section in Church-street. Mr Lynch on behalf of A. C. Normanby asked to be allowed totmijinan objection. Mr Menteath for applicant opposed, but the Warden after consideration allowed the objection to be put in, aud adjourned the case till next Court day. Golden Calf Gold Mining Company iJ. B. Beeche), tunnel in Bourke's Creek. The tunnel was constructed five or six years ago by the old Garibaldi Company. The Warden said the proper course was to apply for the cancellation of the certificate held by the Garibaldi Company. Matter adjourned till next Bitting, to enable this to be done. : Scoltock and ElHston, Tramway — Rox--borough and Notman objected, claiming to hold a right to tramway over the same course. Application dismissed, applicants to move for the cancellation 6f Rokborugh and Notman's certificate. John Somerville, section 1189 Bridge' street. Granted. , ... Golden Crown Company, mining lease. Granted conditionally upon payment of half years rent.
