James Fitzgerald was charged upon three informations with drunkeness, disorderly conduct, . and using indecent' language \u a public street, al Boatman's,.' ■ on Sunday night last. Constable Keating proved the charges, and defendant was fined 5/s 10/s and £5 respectively with costs. His Worship said such disgraceful conduct on a Sunday night as defendant had been guilty of would be visited with the greatest severity, and he hoped the case would act as a warning to others.
