—+ (from our own correspondent. ) Wellington, 28. Parliament was formally dissolved yesterday, and the writs for the new elections wore issued immediately afterwards. They are made returnable on the 6th of August, and the new Parliament is summoned to meet for the despatch of business on the following day. The 22nd July, as originally announced, was mentioned on the writs as the day of the general elections.
