It was repoi'ted in iov/n o». Saturday last that a nice gold bearing reef h ..d been met with in the company's mine. So faj as is yet known the reef is only of a foot or so in thickness, but from the locality in which it was found, and the surrounding indications, ver} encouraging hopes have been raised na to its importance. More iufovivmtioo concerning the discovery will be available during the next few days.
