This wa« asi application for a decree of dissolution of a mining partnership, Each party prayed that the Court might ord»M' a dissolution of the partnership and realisation of the ; assets. Mr Lynch appeared for Lynch and party and Mr Menteath for O'Connors. Both sides agreeing, the Court appointed Friday morning for taking ■ accounts between the parties, and in | tiie meantime the Clerk of the Court was instructed to submit the miuing I claim to public tender. ! Tiit Court then adjourned.
