Ballance, Wellington. — I have arrived at Petone, and I and my people are being treated kindly by the Europeans and Maoris. On the 2Gth wp shall proceed to Wniroa. When we arrive at Mohaka I will let you know. That is all from To Tumaki T« Kooti." • So far as Te Kooti and his people are concerned there \a no f^ar of any breach of the penco. . .
