The general question of what to do with the alien enemy will be worked out as it was in Canada. The Postal Department is creating a secret service corps of 50.000 postmen, to scan every letter with the object of defeating the machinations of spies. Copenhagen despatches confirm the reports that. 50 American seamen, taken by the Moewe, are held in German detention camps. The Government will vigorously demand their release.
