The High Commissioner reports: — LONDON, April 13 (3.10 p.m.) French official: Between the Somme and the Oise we attacked this morning German positions southwards of St. Quentin. Despite stubborn resistance we captured several lines, of.trenches between the Somme and the La Fere-St. Quentin road, taking prisoners and machine-guns. Wo progressed also eastward of Coucy la Ville, and captured prisoners and material:
