Fi —Is it- true that our returned soldiers in the Wairau Hospital have to pay for eggs that are ordered by the doctor? Eggs are considered luxuries^ and are not provided by the Hospital. I think the Patriotic Society ought to do something in the n.atter. RESIDENT. I'We are submitting this question to the Chairman of the Hospital Board. If our correspondent's allegation be true it is'high time the regulations of the Hospital were altered.—Ed.]
