« Friday, Jaxuary 15, 1881. The Board met at 7 p.m. Present— MesßrsEaston (ChairmaD), Coley,' Reeve, Parcel!, and Jonson. Letter read from County Council, stating the Avenue road would shortly be com* pleted. Petition read from Mr Baker and 6 others, requesting the Board to make a road and drain from the Avenue to Norhiton rond. It was resolved that tenders be called for the work on condition that the owners of the adjoining properties contribute one-third of the cost. It was resolved to invite tenders for widening Moutoa road 6ft Oin on each side. Letter read from Mr W. Osbvrne, c *n« closing valuation liet.
