It supplied to Mr Gear and the company which took over the business 1200 beasts, last year, m addition to stock sold to other butchers. This year the Gear Company anticipate receiving 1500 head of cattle from the station, some of which will be refrigerated and sent Home m the Doric. The company, we are informed, have also chartered the Lady Jocelyn for the conveyance of frozen meat to the Home market.
