At St. Hill-street 163 head wore sold: Fat cows, £3 5s to £3 12s 6d ; steers, £3 to £3 17s 6d ; heifers, £1 ss. Sheep. — At Waverley 1020 were sold : Ewes m lamb, 6« 6d to 9s 3d ; fat ewes, 10s 6d ; lam-si n wool, 5s to 5s 2d ; shorn. 3s Bd. At Ft. Hillstreet 2251 made up the sale : Fafc sheep, lla 5d to lls 6d ; good wethers, lls; ewes up to 9s 2d ; breeding* ewe.", 5s to 8s ; lambs m wool, 5s 4c(. Pigs. — 126 were penned: Bacon pigs up to 475 ; good fat pigs, 15a to 21s; stores, lOa'to 13s. I sold at Waverloy a field of turnips for £2 per acre, and the lease of the racecourse all 8s per acre.
