Dr Sinclair, the ; well-known dentiftt« has! got into trouble with some of hiso patiems, ; ,He was sued; on Wednesday at Milton by MrMoffatt - for £26 damages sustained by plaintiffs wife through malpractice, f ft ■waV alleged that : defendiant^ had |at r ' tempted to pull five teeth and ; bii»ke folir of them m. the jaw, Dr Low, of Kaitangaco, gave evidence of unskilful practice. Judgment : was given for MQ 6s arid 'cosis £5 I7s ; . exec'tttion to be stayed for three days^ to allow of application for a rehearing, —At Duneain'on the same day jW. T.. Sams also sued . Dr Sinclair < for £26 IQs 6d for careless and negligent tveat»nent. Defendant had give notice ifi have his evidence taken at Balclutlia. The plaintiff Objected fo this. alleging that the rsquest was made simply for the purposo of delay. Mr Chapman for the plaintiff said; that Dr Sinclair had left half the jaws m this country bare; and he had ' to meet summonses from all quarters now. An adjournment till the 26th insc was granted.
