WOOL SALE.
Dec. 4. ' The New Zealand Loan and Mercan : tile Agency Company (Limited), held their usual weekly wool sale to-day, when an important catalogue of some 4300 bales was offered, and 3600 sold. There was the usual large attendance of buyers^ competition, increasing, and the market being firmer for good merinos. Inferior greasy cross-breds were slightly easier. Other wools were unchanged. At to day's sale, greasy merinos sold up to 14d., and greasy crops-breds up to ll£d ; scoured merinos up to 19£ d.
