STRANDED COLONIALS.

Sydney, October 15. The cablo nowa that a number of colonial invalids aro stranded in London has caused considerable annoyance. The New South Wales and Victorian Governments were unawaro of the men being allowed to procoed to England, the understanding being that if they were invalided, or when the war ended-, they should bo returned to the colonies. The War Office has-been asked to keep them better informed of their movements, and the Agents-General have been instructed to look after tho men.
