Jimmy and Joe Govornor, the outlawed blacks, approached a hut near the Forbes river, where two civilians were lying in wait. The blacks made off when the civilians opened fire. Jimmy Governor was hit in tho stomach, but both succeeded in getting away. The pursuit is now hot. Later. Jimmy Governor dropped when shot, but Joe fired half a dozori shots, keeping the pursuers at bay while his brother, who fell several timos, got away. Darkness stopped the pursuit on a bloodstained track.
