SIR GUY GAUNT.
“HERMIT OF THE SEA.” Known along tlie San Diego water front as “the hermit of the sea,” Sir Guy Gaunt has just set off on an aimless cruise in his yacht Four AVinds, which, flying the colours of the Royal Thames Yacht Club, carries a crew of 20 Chinese (says a London paper of, October 24th). • The yacht contains a glass-domed aviary, special quarters for his bulldog, and a room containing trophies and curios gathered all over the world. Sir Guy admits he is heading for Cuba and then might go to the Mediterranean.
