PLASTERERS SCARCE.
CONTRACTORS ‘INCONVENIENCED. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN', DCc. 7. At a meeting of the Education Board the architect reported that it was useless to try to force on certain works as a scarcity of experienced plasterers was being felt all over the Dominion and many contractors were being seriously inconvenienced in this direction.
