Per Press Association. ' / DUNEDIN, Dec. 8. The application of Alex. Milne Begg that- the music firm of Chas. Begg and Company be wound up was resumed in the Supreme Court, when counsel for petitioner announced a settleinent withdrawing the petition. It is understood that the basis of the settlement is flotation into a public company, the petitioner retiring on a handsome allowance.
