REASON FOR RESIGNATION. Received December 8, 9.15 a.m. / / BELGRADE, Dec. 7. The Jugo-Slavian Foreign Minister, M. Nintchitch, who is resigning, wrote to the Premier stating that facts had arisen to shake the convictions on which his policy was based. —A. and N.Z. cable.
