RETURNING VIA AMERICA. Received December 8, 11.10 a.m. LONDON, Dee. 7. Mr Bruce has abandoned the idea of visiting Ireland on the eve of going to America as he is unable to fit in the sailing arrangements. It is al,sp understood that Mr Bruce is considering the plans for the reorganisation of Australia House, drawn up by Sir Neville Howse and Mr Latham, but that nothing revolutionary is likely to happen.—A. and N.Z. cable.
