YOUTH OF BENGAL.
NOT FARAIING ENTHUSIASTS. CALCUTTA, Dec. 1. Giving evidence before the Royal Commission on Agriculture, the Direc-tor-General of Agriculture said that lack of opportunity, rather than lack of capacity,, was the reason why the youth of Bengal did not take up farming pursuits.
