STUDY OF PROBLEM. EFFORT AT UNIFORM AGREEMENT. (British Official Wireless.) Received September 10, 10 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 9. Rt. Hon. W. Graham, President of the Board of Trade, delivered an address before the League Assembly this afternoon on the economic situation. Referring to the coal question, Mr Graham stated that what one had to aim at tvas a better distribution of the output amongst European countries. Mr Graham advocated the formation of a committee including coalowners, wholesalers, miners and consumers, to study the problem of the coal industry in all its aspects, and for steps to be taken to secure a uniform agreement throughout the world.
