"WANDERING STOCK. (Fieri Our Own Correspondent). BULLS, Sept. 10. As a result of Inspector Fowler’s visit to Parewanui Road recently, several Maoris werb prosecuted for allowing stock to wander on the road, and Mr R. M. Watson, S.M., inflicted the following fines: Teko Ngaheke, 10s, costs 16s; Mita Warbrick, 10s, costs 16s; and Joe Governor, 15s, costs 21s. BOXING TOURNAMENT. The secretary of the Rangitikei Boxing Association has received confirmation that boxers from Taumarunui, Pahiatua, Feilding, Taihape and other centres will fulfil their engagements hero on Wednesday night, and a first-class tournament is assured. All arrangements are well in hand, and a big “house” is expected. RANGITIKEI LADIES’ GOLF CLUB.
