FAKIR’S TRAGIC DEATH.
(United Service. ) BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 9.
A so-called Indian Fakir named Blackman died under tragic circumstances at Buenos Aires to-day. Blackman intended to do the resurrection trick after having been buried for two hours. Upon disinterment Blackman was found to he dead, the coffin showing signs of a frantic endeavour to break out. Evidently the assistant covered the secret air passage when lie buried him.
