SUVA, Sept. 9. The French warship. Cassiopee sailed for Wallis Island on Saturday with extra coal. It is alleged at Suva that the natives of Futuna are very unsettled and wish tho removal of the Assistant Commissioner. The trouble is purely a matter of trading. The French Consul at Suva knows nothing of any trouble.
