“SUDDEN DEATH” SERIES. TO-MORROW’S ATTRACTIONS. Although the Manawhenua representatives will be engaged at Wellington to-morrow, the “sudden-death” series, winter season’s activities, will be entered upon in all grades. In the senior which mark the concluding stages of the grade. Old Boys will be at home to Fending and, with the blacks supplying a goodly percentage in the Manawhenua team, it would not be surprising to find Feilding turn the tables on Old Boys on this occasion. Kia Toa will be required to journey to Woodvilie and it would appear that, like Old Boys, the double blues will have to coll heavily on their juniors. However, it is confidently anticipated that the promoted players will prove no mean substitutes. In the junior grade West End Old Boys and Feilding will try conclusions at Johnston Park, while in tho third grade there will be two matches to bo decided, although one—between Old Boys and Athletic (Wellington)—is a friondly game. Old Boys senior to play Feilding, oval at 3 p.m.—Greville, Snell, Eox, Guy, Robertson, Varcoe, Galpin, Carrington, Waugh, Pacey, Wiliiamsdh, Noild, Seymour, Kilpatrick, Turner.
