FALL FROM PARAPET.
PRISON ESCAPEE INJURED
Received September 12, 10.0 a.m. ADELAIDE, Sept. 12. When attempting to escape from the Yatala labour prison to-day, John Baxter, an habitual criminal, fell from the parapet and was severely injured. The guards found him unconscious on the ground.
It was Baxter’s second attempt within three months to escape.
