N.S.W. RAILWAYS.
Received September 13, 9.45 a.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 13. The Government’s campaign to reorganise the Railway Commission has advanced a further stage. Air O’Brien, the assistant commissioner, lias informed the Premier, Air T. R. Bavin, that he is prepared to retire as soon as the resignation of the chief commissioner becomes effective.
