DECLINE IN VALUE.
WOOL SALES IN SYDNEY. Received September 16, 1.10 p.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 16. The new season’s wool sales show a decline in value of about five per cent., compared with last season’s closing rates. The wools sold thus far are largely from dry areas, and are rather sandier and dustier than usual.
