RECOVERY FROM ILLNESS. (By Telegraph—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 17. Sir Joseph Ward has recovered from the influenza which has made him keep to his room for several days and expects to be again in his place in the House of Representatives tlris afternoon.
