LONG VOYAGE.
EMACIATED CHINESE. Received September 17, 9.30 a.m. " SYDNEY, Sept. 17. _ On the arrival of the Moeraki in Sydney to-day from the Fijian Group, Customs officers found three Chinese in a lifeboat. The Chinese had been cooped up for five days, with scanty rations. They were in a very emaciated condition after a voyage of 1700 miles. The filth of tho boat and tho stench are indescribable. The Chinese will be deported by the first available steamer.
