A suggestion, was made at the motor traders’ conference to-day that each motor traders’ association should provide an annual outing for orphans, such a 6 was carried out in Wellington. It was pointed out, however, that each association assisted in such outings in some way or another and the various associations were left to make their own arrangements, a Dominion outing day being considered impracticable.
