AUSTRALIA AND CANADA SIGN. (United Service.) Received September 21, 11.5 a.m. GENEVA, Sept. 20. The Optional Clause was signed today by Sir Granville Ryrie (Australia) and lion. Raoul Dandurand (Canada). The signing was devoid of ceremony. FORMULA OF ACCEPTANCE. (British Official Wireless.) RUBGY, Sept. 20. In connection with the Optional Clause, the formula of acceptance excludes from the compulsory jurisdiction of Tho Hague Court disputes falling exclusively within the British jurisdiction and disputes between a Dominion and Great Britain.
