QUEEN CARNIVAL.
SUCCESS AT PAHIATUA
Per Press Association. PAHIATUA, Sept. 23. The band carnival for new instruments and uniforms, which lias been running for four weeks, there being three candidates, concluded late on Saturday night. Over £592 was realised. Miss Phyllis Mills was elected queen.
