SEQUEL TO CAPTURE.

ACCUSED BEFORE COURT. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 23. As a sequel to the capture by the police on Saturday night, a labourer named Leslie Robert Ashfield and a seaman named Charles Gibbin were charged in the Police Court with breaking and entering. It was stated that as a result of their arrest the police hoped to clear up quite a number of burglaries that had occurred in tho city and suburbs for some time past. No less than seven charges of breaking and entering would be brought against them. Both were remanded until September 30.
