Received September 21 1 p.m. _ LONDON, Sept. 20. “If the Empire applied the lessons which America showed us, we could connect tho whole Empire by air in five years and bring practically every capital within ten days of London,” stated Sir Sefton Branckner to-day. Sir Sc-fton was addressing a meeting in connection with the formation of a Light Aeroplano Club at Plymouth.
