WARRANT FOR ARREST.
ALLEGED TRESSPASS ON RACECOURSE.'
James Burch, being a person excluded from racecourses under the Gaming Act regulations, failed to appear when charged in the Magistrate’s Court, this morning, with having trespassed on the Marton racecourse when a race meeting was in prgress. Senior-Detective Quirke stated that Burch had been served with a summons to appear at the Court and he asked for a warrant for his arrest. This was granted.
