NAPIER, Sept. 23

AV. McD. Blake, par salesman, of Wellington, was fined £2O and his license was cancelled on a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a car. For failing to stop when requested by the policeman he was fined £3. On a further charge of negligent driving he was convicted and discharged.
