GAMING BILL
PROTEST MADE. DEPUTATION TO MINISTER. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 23. A deputation from the Council o Christian Congregations protested to the Postmaster-General against the introduction of the Gaming Amendment Bill. _ T t The chief spokesman. Rev. J.->■ North, said that the bill was objectionable because it permitted the publication of dividends, which would courage the small bookmaker and p temptation in the way of postal olhC 1 In reply, Hon. J. B.
