CHRISTCHURCH. Sept. 25. On the grounds that the matter is strictly confidential as between themselves and the Prime Minister, the four Christchurch men who claim to have discovered a process by which gold can be manufactured have decided not to release for publication the contents of the report b->- Dr E. Marsden, Director of the Department of Scientific Research, following certain investigations that he made recently.
