Mrs Sheplxerd-Barron beat Dorothy Workman, 6 —o, G—4; Miss Betty Nutliall beat Miss Gladys Patz, 6 —2, 6 Austin and Mrs Coveil beat .Miss Weisel and Glenhill, 2 —6. 7—5, i —2; Miss Gladman and Van Ryn beat Mrs Phoebe Watson and Olliff, 4—6, 6—4, 6—l; Miss Nutliall and Farquharson beat Miss Harper and Shields, 6 —3, 6—4.
