RUSSIA AND POLAND.
TREATY OF NON-AGGRESSION. Received January 27, 8.5 a.m. MOSCOW, Jan. 26. The text of the'Russian-Polish treaty of non-aggression shows that the parties agree to abstain from direct and indirect aggressions, and to maintain neutrality if either is the victim of httack. If either attacks any other Power the other has the right to terminate the treaty, which will last for three years. ■/:/
