HONOLULU TRIAL.
HONOLULU, Jan. 26. The Chamber of Commerce Bar Association has retained two of Honolulu’s most prominent attorneys—Mr Eugene Beebe to prosecute in the retrial of the Massie assault case, and Mr Barry Ulrich to prosecute Mrs Fortesede qnd the other defendants for the murder of the native Joe Kahahawai, us the 1 outcome of the assault case.
Mrs Fortescue and Liqjitenant Massie, of the United States Navy, are to be charged with the murder of Kahahawai who. late last year, was acquitted of a charge of criminally assaulting Mrs Massie, daughter of Mrs Fortescue;
