JUDGE DISMISSES CASE.

CHItiaTCHUItCH, Jan. 28. . “One paragraph is scandalous, as. ft makes an unwarranted and unfounded attack on the Magistrate,” said Mr Justice Adams to counsel for the New Zealand Sheepfarmers’ Agency in the Supreme Court to-day, when counsel applied for the addition of two clauses to an amended statement of claim supporting an application for a writ of prohibition, the latter clause of which suggested prejudice on the part of the Magistrate- Mr E. D. Mosley. The defendants were Mr Mosley and Mr Charles Hill, farmer, of Burnham, and the plaintiff wished to set aside a judgment dealing with threshing charges. . „ The Judge refused to allow the addition of the two clauses and dismissed the application' for a writ of prohibition.
