NEW GOVERNOR. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received January 29, 1.50 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 28. A sensation at Prince Town; Dartmoor, followed the announcement that Major C. Pannall, Governor of the Borstal Institution on the Isle of Wight, will immediately temporarily replace Colonel Roberts in the Governorship of the Dartmoor prison, owing to the indisposition of the latter.
