HONOLULU MURDER.

HONOLULU, Jan. 27. The hearing of the murder case has been set down for Iriday afternoon on the motion- for the defenoe to dismiss the- indictment against Mrs Fortescue and the other defendants. The arraignment will be on Friday morning. The defendants are remaining at Pearl Harbour under naval guard. The defence would not ask for bail because of the “tense situation,” but asked for freedom within the Navy yard without bond, which the prosecution opposed. It is understood that the Governor, the prosecutor, and the Navy, authorities conferred on points of jurisdiction, but would not divulge the result, saying that the conference was not completed. It is likely that the parties are awaiting possible aotion from Washington.
