DAMAGED WOOL.

PORT FREMANTLE FIRE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Jan. 30. The unloading of the Port Fremantle’s wool continued to-day and it is expected that it will be completed on Monday. That from the seat of the fire is well soaked with water, and some charred. A thorough examination of the ship and cargo was commenced this morning. It is’ thought at present that the refrigerated cargo is not damaged, as the temperatures of the insulated holds remained normal during the fire. The damaged wool is to be reconditioned at Petone as far as possible.
