TARANAKI TOURNAMENT.

Good progress is being made in the games at the annual tournament of the Taranaki Bowling Centre nt New Plymouth. W. Wenlmm’s (Feilding) rink has achieved success in rink play since the opening day when it lost two games, the team having won tire remaining six to date and they now occupy first place with Amess, of Stratford, in section C. The additional details are as follow :—Round 6: Wenhnm 24 v. J. McLeod (New Plymouth) 22. Round 2: Wenham 25 v. Julian (Pihama) 24. Round 8: Wenham 22 v. A. H. Amess (Stratford) 21.
