LONDON, Jan. 30. Sir Malcolm Campbell, at a dinnerheld at the British Racing Drivers Club prior to his departure for Dayton a, described Mr Bert Hinkler s South Atlantic flight as the sort of feat to fire the ambition of the youth of Britain and the Dominions. It was impossible to give too much honour to him for showing that -the Briton to-day was as enterprising as ever. ,
